Coffee… Because Adulting Is Hard!

My love affair with coffee started about 10ish years ago. I was working for Farmers Life Insurance and the “thing to do” was to go get your morning coffee. Like smokers, it gave you the chance to take a break and have 10 minutes of social hour. Only unlike smoking, coffee isn’t nearly as deadly.

When I first started drinking, I would drink a few cups a day but as the years have gone by, I limit myself to only one cup in the morning. I’ve often quit successfully to assist in weight loss and health goals but no matter how long I give it up, my love affair with coffee just won’t end.

The problem isn’t even that I love coffee or that it is so bad for you, it’s how I like my coffee. Like I love everything else in my life, I enjoy my coffee light and extra sweet. No surprise there {hence the name @sweetlycbus}.

Now that I work from home full time, I’m always meeting with friends at some of the the coffee shops around town and thankfully Columbus has no shortage of amazing spots. Let’s take a peek at some of my favorites:
